I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I have hands-on experience supporting adults and seniors, including individuals with disabilities and those who need extra patience, understanding, and companionship. I am naturally gentle, respectful, and attentive. My goal is always to help clients feel safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. I can assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, mobility support, and light housekeeping. I'm also a great listener and enjoy providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Families describe me as dependable, calm under pressure, and very caring.
