Shawnette was my mom's caregiver for 4yrs.. she came at a time when we were in desperate need of care for my mom and she not only knew immediately what to do but she also educated us on how to care for her when we were by ourselves. Shawnette has great communication skills and there was nothing we were in the dark about. She took my mom out of bed, cleaned her and knew how to redirect her when she wasn't mentally cognitive. If you are looking to hire her as your loved ones caregiver, you won't be disappointed. Shes punctual, dependable and extremely reliable.
