Learning is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students along the way! I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments, tailoring my approach to suit each student's unique style. I actively listen, observe, and vary my teaching strategies using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate small successes, and break down complex problems. Open communication is essential, and I value building strong, collaborative relationships with students and parents. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have a college degree in Educational Studies and am currentlu student teaching to be a certified elementary teacher. I also have over a year of experience teaching Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, History, and Art. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'd love to help you achieve your academic goals!
