Pape is an absolutely amazing caregiver. We have 4 children ages 13-8, the youngest is non-verbal autistic, and he manages to make each one feel like the center of attention and skillfully manages to get everyone engaged and active consistently and constantly! The kids eagerly look forward to seeing him each visit. Pape is a truly dedicated professional, always striving to improve and develop processes and procedures to help us better organize and create structure for 4 active kids going in 4 different directions. Pape is punctual, extremely professional and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. He checks in on our family and keeps in touch with the kids even when not engaged. I would happily refer him to anyone in need of a reliable, professional, caring and dedicated caregiver.
