I hired Tanika to take care of my 15 year old girl, 12 yr old boy & 2 yr old baby girl & she’s absolutely amazing. She was hired as an employee but we parted as family due to the great care she provides. All of my & my children’s needs were always met. She has great communication, monitoring & decision making skills. Always maintained great judgment. Her interpersonal skills are pristine. She is genuine, empathetic & has a natural affinity for children! I would hire her again if I still lived in the area .. we miss her so much!
