About Paola

Paola is an amazing nanny! We decided to put our kids into daycare so that they can socialize more with other kids, but we're going to miss having Paola around. She has been a full-time nanny for our two babies for the past eight months, from the time that the babies were 3 and 6 months old. Paola is really warm and has a great energy with the babies, and they both took to her almost immediately. She fills our babies' days with activities--singing, playing, reading, walking in the park, dancing, and more. She's never had a problem handling two infants at once, and she has an amazing knack to keep one baby calm while she's busy changing a diaper or giving a bath to the other one. She feeds them meals and gives them baths, and she has helped us get the two babies on the same nap schedule. Paola speaks mostly Spanish to the babies, which we love, and we can tell that the babies now understand a lot of words in both English and Spanish. We've also learned as parents from Paola--she's given us suggestions on things to cook for the babies, ways to soothe them, and new activities.
