About Pamela

I would describe myself as caring, trustworthy, and enthusiastic. I like working with kids because it is an important time in the formation of who they will be. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to still be present in my own home a good bit of the time. I started babysitting when I was 11, and my husband and I went on to have 7 kids of our own! When I have time, I enjoy music, reading, walking, doing puzzles, cleaning, and learning about faith, health, and psychology. I can be very serious and responsible, as well as fun and silly. I am a careful observer of children. I am concerned with health and safety, and also with the development of young minds through worthwhile activities. I mostly cook from scratch, have some medical training, and know quite a bit about food allergies.
