We feel incredibly lucky to have found Pam. What started as a one-week arrangement while my husband was out of town quickly turned into a recurring relationship—we’ve now hired her over 10 times, and I can't recommend her enough. She redirects typical mood swings in a calm, constructive, and productive way—always patient, always composed. Her steady presence has helped our daughter navigate those big toddler feelings with more ease. As a parent, I deeply appreciate Pam’s professionalism and communication. She proactively shares her phone location when they go to the park, gives helpful updates, and keeps me in the loop without being prompted. She even goes above and beyond with light meal prep and tidying up—our home is often cleaner than how I left it! But perhaps the best endorsement comes from our daughter herself. She lights up when Pam arrives and is always excited to spend time with her. Normally, drop-offs or leaving for work can be emotional, but with Pam, my daughter is all smiles and waves goodbye without hesitation. That kind of trust and comfort is truly priceless.
