Experience: 10 yrs
I'm a 29-year-old bilingual nanny with 10 years of experience caring for children ages 0-14. I'm a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English. As a nanny and a mom, I understand both parents needs and the love and patience every child deserves. I offer engaging, age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, music, Storytime, playdates, and outdoor fun). I'm CPR & First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, pet-friendly, a non-smoker, a strong swimmer, and comfortable driving kids. - Sleep & potty training experience - Organized, patient, and caring - Belltown-based, willing to commute up to 15 miles Looking for a daytime position where I can bring my baby along as a playmate, or evenings/weekends/overnight positions where I can give you extra support while my partner care for our LO. I'm ideally looking for a family where we can build a long-term, trusting relationship, providing stability and consistent care for your little one. Thank you.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Pam. What started as a one-week arrangement while my husband was out of town quickly turned into a recurring relationship—we’ve now hired her over 10 times, and I can't recommend her enough. Pam gives our 1.5-year-old daughter her full, undivided attention, engaging her with genuine warmth and focus. She doesn’t just "watch" her—she connects with her in the most thoughtful and intentional ways. Pam reads books, sings songs, encourages creativity, and thoughtfully supports our daughter’s development. For example, after noticing our daughter’s favorite stuffed animal was a bunny, Pam printed bunny coloring pages at home and brought them over as a surprise activity. On another day, she used a piece of cardboard from our recycling bin to draw a vase, then helped our daughter collect flowers from the park to create a homemade bouquet. These kinds of thoughtful, personalized activities speak volumes about how much she cares. Beyond our home, Pam enriches our daughter’s days with experiences like walks, trips to the park, and visits to the aquarium. She is also incredibly skilled in handling the emotional ups and downs that come with toddlerhood. She redirects typical mood swings in a calm, constructive, and productive way—always patient, always composed. Her steady presence has helped our daughter navigate those big toddler feelings with more ease. As a parent, I deeply appreciate Pam’s professionalism and communication. She proactively shares her phone location when they go to the park, gives helpful updates, and keeps me in the loop without being prompted. She even goes above and beyond with light meal prep and tidying up—our home is often cleaner than how I left it! But perhaps the best endorsement comes from our daughter herself. She lights up when Pam arrives and is always excited to spend time with her. Normally, drop-offs or leaving for work can be emotional, but with Pam, my daughter is all smiles and waves goodbye without hesitation. That kind of trust and comfort is truly priceless. Pam is a rare gem, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a nurturing, reliable, and exceptional caregiver.
