We have been incredibly fortunate to have Pam as part of our family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She has a true love for children, and it shows in everything she does. Our kids absolutely adore her, and she has cared for them with so much patience, kindness, and genuine affection. We have always felt completely confident leaving them in her care. She is extremely reliable and has dependable transportation, making it easy for her to take our children to appointments, activities, and school whenever needed. She is always punctual, responsible, and communicates well. She also brought valuable childcare experience to our family, including helping us through potty training. Her encouragement, consistency, and calm approach made the process so much smoother for our little one, and we were incredibly grateful for her support during that milestone. Beyond caring for our children, she has also been wonderful about keeping our home tidy throughout the day. She naturally cleans up after activities and meals, and whenever we've asked for additional household help, she has always been happy to pitch in with a positive attitude. She is thoughtful, polite, and a joy to have in our home. Our children will both be attending school full-time this fall, which is the only reason we are no longer needing full-time childcare. We will truly miss her caring presence in our home and as part of our family's daily life. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her, and we recommend her without hesitation.
