Pamela was excellent with my mom and she went above and beyond. She was reliable, thoughtful, honest, and kind. My mom had dementia, doesn’t speak English, and was in her final months and Pamela was incredible with her. She always made an effort to engage with mom despite a language barrier, and I could tell mom appreciated her presence. Even on some of the hardest days, I could count on her. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my mom which is a rare gem. I highly recommend Pamela.
