About Paloma

Growing up in the Mormon church in Brazil I had a lot of opportunity babysitting from a young age (12-15y/o). I had three different families that I took care of. As well as helping with raising my young cousins. Once I was in high school here in the USA I was really drawn to Young Childhood Development class, where we learned how to help children through those first developmental stages, we learned how to plan activities, how to prep healthy snacks, and we even got to work with the children at the day care facility at my school. I've been working in the restaurant industry for majority of my life now and everyday I wish for a job that brings me fulfillment. And there's really nothing like watching a child grow and learn to become themselves. I'd describe my personality as calm, goofy and loving In my spare time I like to crochet, draw, make jewelry and do pretty much anything crafty. I'm always learning new skills. My skills include patience, planning and organization and creativity.
