I have hands-on experience providing care for children with complex medical and developmental needs. I am trained and confident in G-tube care, including feeding, site maintenance, and troubleshooting common issues with compassion and attention to detail. I also have experience supporting children on the autism spectrum, and I approach every child with patience, consistency, and a calm, understanding demeanor. I take time to learn each child's unique communication style, triggers, and routines to help them feel safe and supported. In addition, I am comfortable administering medications, following proper instructions and protocols.
