About Pallavi

Hello, my name is Pallavi. I hold a B. A. in Education Studies from NYU Steinhardt, where I also pursued a Studio Art minor and a Media, Culture, and Communications minor. This diverse academic background has allowed me to approach education through the lens of community and art, bringing a unique perspective to my childcare services. Throughout my academic career, I have taken on leadership roles and gained valuable experience in the field. Currently, I work as a Group Leader for second graders at Educational Alliance. In this role, I assist students with their homework and create engaging after-school activities. I also collaborate with the school's Social Worker to develop comprehensive LGBTQ+ programming during afterschool hours, emphasizing the importance of advocacy and inclusivity. When it comes to babysitting, I bring a well-rounded skill set that combines education, creativity, and community engagement.
