With four years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I bring both expertise and heartfelt dedication to my role. My passion lies in supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, offering families a reliable care option. I provide respite care, transportation, assistance with errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through verbal updates and by following their preferred method. Understanding each person's preferences and history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities.
