Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is truly important to me. My 10 years of experience in caregiving have solidified my passion for supporting their well-being and independence. I am a Licensed Practising Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Certified Home Health Aid. I also have current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, and assistance with errands and shopping. I can also help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. Respecting a client's independence is essential to me. My graduate studies enhanced my compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented approach.
