I have many many years of experience caring for people both young & old. I am understanding & creative & enjoy being part of a healthy support system. Happy to help out around the house, with errands, Dr's appointments, meal planning/ prep,... etc...& am good at being flexible when life throws us curve balls! I am also very capable of organizing & painting to help make living spaces refreshed & more manageable. What is important to you is important to me when it comes to you & your loved ones & the care you/they deserve. I also teach process art & mindfulness practices for all ages & do my best to remain a grounded steady presence for my clients. I look forward to being of service to you & your loved ones.
