With eight years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My college education has equipped me with a solid foundation for providing compassionate care. I am patient, calm, professional, and detail-oriented. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of knowing your loved one's preferences and history. I provide verbal updates and communicate regularly via text or phone, always following your preferred method.
