About Olivia

Hi there, i'm Olivia! Throughout highschool I babysat for Family, friends and neighbors. At this time I worked with 12 and under. I babysat in evenings, helping with homework, cooking dinner, playing and fulfilling bedtime routines. My last two summers in high school I worked as a life guard and assistant youth swim instructor. This was a safety critical possition with diverse teaching needs. The 2-5 age required 1:1 time, playing games, building confidence while developing swimming skills. The 6-12 age required groups and greater instruction. The last two summers I worked at an overnight Girl Scout camp. 2025 I was the CIT/ teen Unit Leader. 2026 I was Leadership Director. I managed 24hr schedules of groups of up to 20. This meant managing emotions, ensuring hygiene, building activity programs and everything in between. I have worked with all ages in all environments, I'm confident I'm a great fit for your family's needs!
