About Olivia

I'd describe my personality as easygoing, friendly, and responsible I like working with kids because they always bring a unique honesty and energy that is refreshing and inspiring. I love watching kids learn and grow, and they always teach me things as well. I started working with kids as soon as I was old enough to be a counselor-in-training at my local art camp. I quickly got involved helping in younger classrooms at my school as well as other elementary schools. In my spare time, I like to play sports (I love basketball, tennis, and pickleball), go for neighborhood walks, and spend time with my friends outside! My skills include conflict resolution, creativity, and dependability. Through my child care experiences, I have learned to mitigate conflict between kids and help to resolve frustrations in the most effective way. I also have love thinking of new fun activities to do with the kids I babysit and families can always count on me to show up!
