About Apollo Daphne

Hi there! My name is Apollo. I recently graduated from Lewis & Clark College with honors in Art History. I have always loved working with kids. I babysat around my neighborhood in Denver, Colorado in middle and high school. This past year I was lucky enough to work as a Learning Guide intern at the Portland Art Museum, guiding school groups through the museum and leading creative activities and discussions around art with students ranging from kindergarten to high school. I'd describe my personality as joyful, curious, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I value their unique perspectives on the world. Working as a Learning Guide at the Art Museum showed me how much wisdom children have to offer about nature, animals, emotions, relationships, etc. It also feels incredibly fulfilling to help support kids and their growth, uplifting the future stewards of our world. In my spare time, I like to go on walks in nature, write poetry, and hang out with my cat.
