Olivia worked for us for 6 months. She is very reliable (her hours for us were 5:30am-8:30pm) and has a great way with our 3 yr old twins (fun but maintains rules and expectations). She is very mature and has good judgement. She has a very impressive CV including being a college graduate and nurses aide in a pediatric unit. She drove our kids to and from preschool and I felt very comfortable as she is a safe driver. She even keeps the house tidy. Had we not moved, we would have kept her as our nanny.
