About Olivia Emma

With over 15 years of experience in child care, I bring a calm, structured, and supportive approach to caring for children of all ages--though I especially love working with kids ages 7 to 14. I have a degree in psychology and briefly focused on early childhood development but overall a focus on the full aging process. My background includes school transportation, planning and supervising educational field trips, meal prep and cleanup, facilitating lesson plans for homeschool, and multi-child care. I'm attentive to child safety, HIPAA standards, and parent communication, and always provide detailed care notes after each session. Most recently, I worked closely with toddlers (ages 2-3), offering support at home, in school settings, and during mealtimes. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where kids feel safe, heard, and free to be themselves.
