Hello! I have 10 years of experience working with children, infants - 8 years. I recently moved to Maui and am searching for work with a great family. The past two years I have worked as a homeschool teacher and nanny in Marin. Before this I was a Montessori teacher. I have taken courses through the Boulder County Council for Early Childhood and am Safe Sleep certified as well as infant and toddler CPR/AED/First Aid certified. I am loving, engaging, gentle, and skillful when working with children. I believe play, creative and self-directed exploration, is key to learning! I love to do creative activities such as sing-alongs and interactive story telling, help children with homework, and homeschool. I also love to spend time in nature with children. Overall supporting learning, creating joy, and ensuring your child's safety are my priorities. I do charge more for nannying because of my background in Montessori education.
