About Olivia

I'd describe my personality as warm, patient, and reliable. I like working with kids because I love watching them grow, I enjoy their lighthearted nature, and love celebrating their milestones and small wins. Being around them just makes me happier. I'm looking for a job that is full time, has consistent hours, and potentially offers benefits. I started working with kids when I was in college. My mother has had an at home daycare for about 16 years that I've worked at on and off for a total of about 2. 5 years. I've currently been working at the daycare for about a year and am loving it. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends, try new restaurants, spend time in nature, and sew/design clothes. One thing you should know about me is I have a side business that I will eventually want to go full time with although it's still very new. My skills include effective communication, engaging activity planning, and creative problem solving.
