About Klara

Born and raised New Yorker- recently moved back to Queens upon graduating from Emory University I've always enjoyed working with kids, and it's something I've naturally gravitated toward over the years. I started by babysitting in high school, tutored both general education students and students with special needs, and later coached children and preteens at tennis camps. Those experiences taught me that every child learns differently, and I enjoy finding the approach that works best for each one. What keeps bringing me back is that no two kids are the same. The most rewarding part is building relationships with them and hopefully being a positive adult they'll remember as they grow up. In my spare time, I like to try new food spots with friends, go on hikes, travel One thing families should know about me is that I'm dependable. I take caring for their child seriously, but I also love building genuine connections so kids feel safe, supported, and excited to spend time with me.
