Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my goal. With four years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I have certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), which allow me to create supportive, patient environments tailored to each child. By actively observing how a student interacts with new material, I adapt my strategies using visual aids, hands on activities, or real world examples to ensure complex concepts become manageable. I believe open communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for student success.
