We have been incredibly fortunate to have Olivia as our nanny for the past year, since our daughter R. was just 4 months old. From the very beginning, Olivia has brought a calming and nurturing presence that is wonderful for infants and small children. R. absolutely adores her. She lights up whenever Olivia arrives and is always happy and smiling when we come home. Olivia is everything you could hope for in a caregiver: consistently reliable, punctual, and flexible. She has always been willing to adjust her schedule or stay late if we needed extra support. Beyond childcare, she takes initiative in our home, often leaving it cleaner and tidier than when she arrived. We deeply appreciate this as busy parents. She has also built a wonderful relationship with both of us, communicating openly and fitting seamlessly into our family dynamic. We trust her completely, and R. truly thrives under her care. As R. transitions into school, Olivia is now looking for additional caregiving roles. This change is purely based on R.’s next stage of development and has nothing to do with Olivia’s performance.
