We couldn't be happier with Natalia taking care of our little one. She is very punctual, very communicative and sends great pictures to us of our little one so we feel connected while we are away at work. She is very kind with our baby, she sings to the baby, takes him on walks to the park and when we ask her to follow a new direction she does it immediately or she makes recommendations on things to do as he hits different milestones. Our son was 5 months old when she started and he is 7 months now - we trust her fully to care for our baby at this age and transitioning to new and different behaviors like solid foods, rolling over, crawling, etc. For personal reasons we no longer require a nanny full time, otherwise we would have kept Natalia. It breaks our heart a little because we really enjoyed and trusted her with our son. So if our situation changes we will be hoping to re-hire her!
