About Olivia

Olivia is, without question, the best caregiver we found on Care.com. As a mom who has been home with my son since birth, entrusting someone else with his care was not something I took lightly. When our family needed extra help ahead of an upcoming military PCS move, Olivia exceeded every expectation I had. She is dependable, punctual, and genuinely loves children. From the moment she arrives, her focus is completely on my son. Her phone is never out, and she is constantly engaging, playing, teaching, and interacting with him. I specifically asked her to speak Spanish with him to help support his language development, and she embraced that request wholeheartedly. What stands out most is the level of care and attention she provides. She is always right there with him, ensuring he is safe, engaged, and having fun. She follows instructions perfectly while also bringing her own warmth, creativity, and professionalism to the role. My only regret is that I found her so close to our move. If we weren’t relocating, I would keep her for as long as she would have us. I cannot recommend Olivia highly enough. If you’re considering hiring her, do it without hesitation. She is the next best thing to being there yourself.
