Hello everyone! I'm Olena, an experienced caregiver with four years of experience working with children of all ages. I became a caregiver because I love seeing kids laugh, learn, and grow. Supporting families by providing a safe, nurturing, and reliable childcare experience brings me so much joy. I'm currently in college pursuing a degree in Information Technology. I speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love engaging kids with board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I believe in open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules.
