About Summer

Hi there! I'm Summer, a certified Special Education Teacher with over seven years of experience working with children of all ages. While teaching is my profession, caring for and connecting with kids has always been something I truly love. I bring a calm, patient energy and believe in creating a safe, structured environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I love planning little activities, crafts, outdoor time, reading together, and supporting homework in a way that builds confidence (not frustration!). I'm experienced working with children who have different learning styles, big emotions, or unique needs, and I approach every child with empathy and encouragement. My goal is always to make kids feel seen, supported, and proud of themselves. I value clear communication with families and strive to be reliable, positive, and someone you can truly trust in your home. I'd love to connect and support your family!
