I communicate with families through regular updates via text or phone call, always following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is essential to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I have completed First Aid Training and can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. My college studies have provided me with a solid foundation in care. I also speak Russian.
