I have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I always prioritize understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates, texts, or phone calls. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and have CPR Training.
