About Odessa

Hi there! My name is Odessa and I've been caring for kids since I was a kid myself. I'm the oldest daughter and oldest of any of my cousins so I have always assumed the role of caregiver with the children in my family. Not only that but I have also done paid childcare for many years including full time nannying for a 3-month-old over the span of 6 months as well as consistent babysitting. I am nurturing, creative, dependable, caring, thoughtful, and kind. I find that the best way to navigate working relationships with children is treating them as autonomous humans with valid thoughts and feelings while still providing a guiding role. I look forward to hearing from you! I'm looking for a job in which my love for child care meets my current financial needs as I'm both working part time and back in school for business.
