Nyna has been watching our now (almost) two year old consistently for about 6 months, three days a week. For the last month she has also watched our four month old daughter. I cannot say enough good things about her. Nyna is a very skilled, warm, and thoughtful caregiver. Our daughters love her. She takes initiative to do tasks around the house without being asked. She likes to discuss our daughters' development and ways she can help support our parenting. She was the first person to take care of our daughters besides immediate family and I do not worry while she is with my babies. She has always been very dependable and punctual. We feel lucky we found her!
