About Nunera

Hello! My name is Nunera, pronounced New-nay-ruh. I love being a professional caregiver because it brings me so much joy to help children grow and develop. I began working in early childhood in 2008 as a childcare support assistant at a daycare. I engaged in tummy time with children as early as six weeks, read and sang songs with2-year-olds, and helped children ages three to 5 years old learn how to write letters by tracing and begin sounding out words. I went on to move to Philadelphia and babysit long term for five families, providing attentive, loving care through interactive indoor play, meal preparation, trips to museums, farms, and the zoo, and helping children transition to nap time without breastfeeding. With every child, I am loving, patient, calm, and funny, and I offer choices to children as much as possible to ensure they have autonomy. I am currently seeking a family to work with long-term and would love to connect if you are looking for a caregiver!
