I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, supporting their emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs in structured and everyday settings. Through this work, I've learned the importance of patience, consistency, and meeting each child where they are. I've helped implement behavior plans, encourage communication skills, and create a safe, supportive environment where kids can grow and feel understood. This experience has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure and build meaningful connections with children and their families.
