Hello! My name is Shana, I am 55 years old, was born in America, traveled overseas to do my nurse training. I qualified as a nurse in 1992, and worked in a mixed medical ward with a cardiac unit. I trained as a midwife and as a Health Visitors (Health Promotion role) I then married my husband (an English man) and we have two beautiful daughters. I also worked in the nursery which they attended. I have had multiple experiences dealing with children/adults with developmental delay and special needs. Currently my family live here in USA. We came in 2015 to care of my elderly parents. My father passed away 1 year later and we now live with and share the care of my mother. with my sister.
