About Norma

Hi everyone! My name is Norma and I am a nurturing, dependable caregiver with over 15 years of experience working with children, including those with special needs. I have previously worked as a daycare teacher and, for the past 13 years, I've been a school bus aide supporting children with special needs - a role that has strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to meet each child's unique needs. I am also a proud mom of two adult daughters - one currently in medical school and the other pursuing her nurse practitioner degree - which reflects my lifelong commitment to learning, teaching, and encouraging growth. I truly love working with children and helping families. I enjoy teaching, creating fun learning moments, and providing a warm, safe environment where kids can thrive.
