Making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. I'm a compassionate caregiver with three years of experience providing personal care and light housekeeping. I hold a high school degree and am CPR and First Aid trained. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I understand the importance of learning about each person's preferences and history. I provide verbal updates during visits and follow each family's preferred communication methods.
