I am a devoted care provider with over 20 years of experience in assisting seniors and young adults faced with various health challenges and concerns. My primary caregiving duties involve the following : assistance with personal hygiene and grooming ; meal preparation (while keeping in mind food allergies and dietary restrictions) ; medication reminders and prescription management ; mobility assistance / daily exercises; assistance with medical appointments and transportation; support with running errands ; companionship and engagement in conversations, games, short walks and other preferred activities; light house-keeping and basic keep-up and laundry and lastly , contributing inputs to care plan based upon the person's changing needs and condition. My commitment is to help families gain their peace of mind by delivering quality care and respectful assistance to their loved ones needing comfort and care .
