About Norberta

I am the owner of a home healthcare agency in Apopka, Florida. Norberta worked for me as a home health aide prior to moving to Estero, Florida. Norberta assisted clients with activities of daily living so they could function independently in their homes. Norberta's job duties included assisting clients with going to the restroom, bathing, dressing and grooming. As a home health aide Norberta performed frequent transfers, lifting of elderly clients in and out of beds, bathrooms and wheelchairs. Norberta changed patient bed linens, cleaned and disinfected their rooms, performed light meal preparation and provided emotional and psychological support to the clients.
