I have two working skills:First I was a live in babysitter worked for couple family/two children up North starting from 1998 to 2000 y. My second skills I have worked as a caregiver live in for Alzheimer patient up in NJ state. In 2001 I moved to Florida and went to nursing vocational school. In December 2001 y. I was hired by HCR ManorCare/Heartland nursing home/Rehabilitation Center I worked for them as Nurses Assistant; Activity Director Assistant; Assisting with Physical Therapy; Admission Nurses Aid and worked in Alzheimer unit as a Nurses Assistant for elderly people with Dementia patient from over 14 y. Plus I worked for other corporation after I was for private care patient. Four & half years I was full time caregiver for 80y. woman diagnosed w/Alzheimer's. Working over 28 years as a CNA I have very good experience to take care of Alzheimer's people and Elderly people providing them with love, compassion care knowledge. Zina is a wonderful caregiver. She genuinely cares about her patients. She cared for my elderly mother for the last 4 months of her life while under hospice care. She was knowledgeable about caring for a bedridden patient and was gentle. Zina did whatever was needed to be done. Our family highly recommends Zina.

Zina can be described in no better words than the BEST!  Her loyalty and persistence to meet my moma's needs was not only professiona, but her dedication to my moma's health was above and beyond her call of duty.   I cannot recommend her more highly! 

Zina is the most wonderful caregiver! She took care of my 99 year old mom  until she passed away recently.  She was loving, caring, dependable, thoughtful and giving to mom while she was in an assisted living facility in Ft. Myers area facility.  I am so grateful for Zina and can’t say enough about her time and loving service to mom and our family. Zina was most caring and attentive often noting changes in mother's condition very early so treatment could be initiated and early healing occur. Zina kept mom clean, cared to make sure she was diapered regularly, hair and nails done, and appropriate clothes mom wanted to wear. Zina knew moms likes and dislikes as well as time to get to know the family. Zina took excellent care of mom always keeping family members informed of mom's needs. Zina is loving, kind, and certainly our mother was much more than a client to Zina. She cared for mom until the day of her death. Anyone who hitrd Zina is getting a trusted, reliable caregiver.

Zina is a treasure, and it is a blessing I found her to help care for my mother for 4-5 years, until her death at 101. . Mom had dementia, vision problems and very frail.  Zina did, basically, everything. What made her really special is that Zina did not have to be told  every little thing to do. She saw what was needed, and took care of it. Having that much initiative and understanding of what was needed, and then doing it, is very rare in my experience. Plus compassion & common sense. Mom was not easy to handle, but Zina could make her laugh and coax her into doing things (like bathing or eating) Mom needed to do. She was always on time, and willingly worked extra  when needed. She saw needs quickly, and did them herself, if possible,  or told me they needed to be done. She does speak up about her charges' needs. I  was grateful for all her advice and help. We were so fortunate to have her. 
I cannot say enough good about her. Whoever gets her to help them is blessed.

Zina is flexible and willing to assist in making her client/patient comfortable and happy. Zina observes needs and takes action. She is an enjoyable caregiver and provides support to family members, as well as, she is willing to share her knowledge of the eldercare system so that the family is aware of the services that may be available. Zina not only cared for mom, she assisted in caring for mom's dog. She never complained of any task requested of her and always smiled and conveyed a positive attitude.

Zina worked for us over a year until my mom passed away. She was very accommodating moving from my home with my mom to my sisters home. She was wonderful working and encouraging my mom. She participated in every aspect of my mom's care during the day including bathing, dressing, breakfast, taking her outside in the wheelchair, preparing her lunch, and accompanying her during the day. And I would definitely contact Zina if I needed care of any type.

She is dependable, friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to help you understand what is happening with your loved one and the health system overall. She treated my mom with the utmost respect and  a very caring manner. Zina truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. My mom loved Zina and that was very important to me.

Zina worked for me in assisting leaving  she is very caring person, my residence love her. Mrs. Zina  treated my mother and other residents with respect and care if I ever needed someone who could take care of one of my family members or friends Zina would be my first choice. She willingly does whatever is necessary to assure the comfort of her residents., Anyone that hires Zina as they caregiver will know and be so grateful that they had the opportunity to meet her.

I hired Zina to care for my mom in independent and assisted living. Zina went above and beyond her duties to look after my mom. Zina communicated well with me regarding my mom's needs. She is a caring and compassionate person. My mom adored her. I am forever grateful for having Zina take care of my mother.

There are not enough words to tell how wonderful Zina is and was with my mother. She has a passion for caring for others and makes it her life mission. Zina first of all is very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for a person with Alzheimer's.  She is also a very caring and loving care giver who has the best interest of the patient in mind all of the time.  She willingly does whatever is necessary to assure the comfort of her client.

As a nurse, I used to be Zina's [CNA} supervisor for over a dozen consecutive years at a large rehab/nursing home in Fort Myers. On a scale of 1-10, I would always give her a 10 for the personal care, ability to get along extremely well with her residents, their family members, and other staff members, and her overall professionalism. She has a very outgoing and friendly personality, which has been instrumental to caring for residents who were confused at times, in pain at times, or who were simply in need of warm hearted caregiver who always focused on their needs. Zina was one of the caregivers for my Grandmother during her stay in the nursing home.  She made the difficult experience bearable with her care and concern.  Zina saw all the residents as people rather than Alzheimer's patients.  She got to know them, listening to them talk and talking with their relatives.
