My name is Nora! I'm a student at Westminster but I'm originally from Minnesota. About 4 years ago my grandpa was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. Since then, I have watched his conditions decline and have become pretty passionate about providing comfort and care for people whose lives are slowing down whatever that looks like for them. For the past couple years I have filled in as a caretaker for my grandpa at times, my jobs in that role include helping him get dressed, doing housekeeping/cleaning, filling bird feeders, providing company, doing laundry, and taking him to the grocery store or just bringing him groceries at his home.
