I'm looking for a job that will make a lasting impact. Helping kids learn and grow has always been the most gratifying work I have done. I started working with kids when I was 16 coaching volleyball, which I still do today. I started nannying about a year ago as well as working with children at the YMCA. These jobs allowed me to work with kids of all ages (ranging from 1-12) and really helped me discover my passion for childcare. Learning how to adapt to different learning styles/behaviors was truly such a rewarding experience. My skills include being able to adapt to a child's individual needs while gaining trusting relationships that allow for clear communication.
