Noel has been a godsend for us as new parents! We met Noel when we were in the newborn trenches with a reflux-y preemie who never slept. Having her watch our lo overnight helped give us peace of mind and I was finally able to sleep more than 2 hours at night. She also coached us and gave us guidance on our little one’s schedule and how to get him to sleep longer stretches! 
We would be utterly lost without her! 

They say babies don’t come with an instruction manual, we believed that - until we met Noela. She knows everything and anything about babies. Noela is the night nurse we never knew we needed and more. When we hired her, we were just looking for someone who could help take care of our newborn overnight so that my husband and I could rest… but the value she brings is far beyond just letting us sleep. Our son is 11 weeks old, he is healthy, happy, sleeps through the night (almost consistently and he’s not even three months old)… and it’s all thanks to Noela! She has guided us since day one - by giving us personalized advice catered to our baby as our baby has grown and changed. She’s helped us proactively prevent infections, implement techniques to help our baby sleep better, taught us how to feed him, structured a routine for us, helped us understand his cues… and so much more! As new parents, we had no idea what we were doing so Noela has been our North Star and has helped set us all up for success and actually enjoy (instead of “just survive”) our first few months as a new family. Best investment we have ever made!

Noel is amazing!! I originally hired her to get a few nights of rest while visiting my parents. What I didn't realize is that I would be getting a long term solution to more restful nights. Noel was able to convert all of my 4 month old's night time ounces to day time and she has slept through the night twice since hiring Noel. Never before has she slept through the night! I couldn't believe it. Still can't. I was slightly overwhelmed with all of the information but once I got my bearings it all fell into place. Noel is really knowledgeable about everything baby - naps, feedings, etc, etc ... Noel also brought supplies that have been instrumental in baby feeling cozy and getting all the food she needs during the day. She really goes above and beyond!She stays in touch during the day and sends info about different toys and baby supplies that are appropriate for baby. I highly recommend if you want a permanent solution to eliminating night feedings, and a dedicated, knowledgeable, kind woman!

Noel was terrific!  We found her off Care.com pretty blindly because we needed a sitter while on vacation visiting family in Laguna Beach and I was a bit nervous about the whole lack of personal interview in advance thing but it couldn't have worked out better - Noel was awesome.  We used her help for a lot of hours over Labor Day weekend and she was totally accommodating and friendly and really incredible with our 7 mos old son.  She also helped organize our hotel room and tried to do the baby's laundry!  She is a wealth of knowledge and advice and opinions.  It's super helpful to chat with her and hear her thoughts on things to do/buy for the baby - she is truly a baby expert and our son loved her!  Noel, when you read this, I think you should also start an affiliate webpage that links to Amazon items that you recommend highly so you can get commission!!  I ended up buying things I didn't even know I needed after spending time with Noel and I'm so happy to know about them now!!

Amazing is all my husband and I can say!!!  She is wonderful with my twins. . .got them sleeping through night and on a schedule :) and is also wonderful with our dog.  Noel is a wealth of knowledge on everything baby and is so loving, kind, etc my babies light up when they see her.  We highly recommend her and would hire again in a heartbeat.  She is trustworthy and dependable and truly loves caring for children.

Noel came in to take care of our 4 month old daughter when I went back to work and I'm forever thankful that she was there. She taught my husband and I so much about babies that I feel like we are better parents because of her. As a first time mom, finding someone to leave my little one with was the most difficult decision ever and it was incredibly comforting to leave her in Noel's capable hands. My daughter loved spending the day with her and I'm sure it was because Noel was constantly interacting with her, whether it was playing on the floor in the living room, eating a 'gourmet' meal or going out on walks. She was instrumental in getting our little one to sleep through the night and even helped out one of my friends to get her baby sleeping through the night just by text. She organized our nursery and baby bottles, did dishes, vacuumed, and did laundry and even picked up things for our daughter when she wasn't working.  Noel is not just a nanny but a baby coach!

Noel was our baby nanny from November 2014 through June 2015. She also walked my dog and kept the common areas clean. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Noel. She was able to lay the groundwork for sleep training, educated me on breastfeeding, bottle feeding, schedules, and general baby care. With so much experience, she often had better practical advice than the pediatricians! Noel is amazing for first time parents. I never truly understood how much she helped until I had my second child. I would have loved to hire her again, but it looks like she relocated :( If you have the good fortune of interviewing Noel, HIRE HER. This woman is worth her weight in gold. 

Although we didn't have the privilege of having her work for us, she was an amazing resource of knowledge and help. She was always ready to provide practical solutions to help my daughter sleep through the night, she gave support by text message and helped guide us in the right direction when we felt a bit lost as first time parents. She is also very kind and funny. I don't think you can find someone with more expertise than she has in caring for a newborn and getting them to be on healthy sleeping schedules! I would highly recommend any parents to seek her care!

Noel is an excellent baby nurse.  She is essentially the baby whisperer and with a vast knowledge of babies.  I most admired her patience and dedication to helping me address my son's feeding and sleeping difficulties.  She is perfect for any need, but I think first time parents should certainly consider her to help the transition into parenthood.  She was also extremely helpful in organizing baby supplies to help make my transition back to work a whole lot easier!

By the time we met Noel we were in a place where we needed a baby makeover. My twin babies were 4.5 months old and after working with several night support people no one could get them out of the habit of eating in the night until we met Noel! Because it was about moving ounces to the daytime I quickly learned. She has real time feedback about things you can change to move feeds to the day. She is the only one that helped me realized that my poor babies were just plain tired. They barely napped and in fact in just ONE day of text messaging a lone she helped me solve my napping issue with my twin 4.5 month old babies. This was before we even hired her! Do not be confused SLEEPING is just as important as eating and now I know my babies are getting rest. Without her help we never would have gotten them out of the night feeds. Noel will give it to you straight, and as a parent you need to humble yourself and not be afraid to let someone redirect your path for a while if you want results.

I was very excited to meet Noel, in part because of the great reviews she received here, however I was taken aback by how combative she was in the interview.  She immediately started bossing me around, making assumptions about my style and my choices in parenting. She even went so far as to contradict what the pediatric specialist told me re my daughter.. I mean, how arrogant is that?! There are many techniques to rearing a child and no one way to do it. It would behoove you, Noel, to listen, observe and earn the right to chime in w advice and ideas and then be OK if the mother doesn't agree.  If you're a passive and insecure parent perhaps she is a good nanny for you.  However, I was actually offended by how she treated me! 

Noel is truly amazing, she has been with our family for just about two months and I couldn't imagine not having her around. Noel is sweet,kind, funny, and passionate about her job. My daughter absolutely loves her. She gives excellent advice while not being over bearing. She is the real baby whisper! She is  extremely reliable and and goes above and beyond. My husband and I trust her so much that we are leaving the country and having Noel look after our baby girl.She has really become apart of our family. I could not recommend her enough

Noel worked for us starting when our son was just 6 weeks old. She started as a night nurse, helping him drop feedings and sleep longer stretches at night. Later, once she had his night sleep on track, she started caring for him during the days. She continued to work with us past his 5 month mark when I began taking over the majority of the care on my own. Noel is very knowledgeable when it comes to infants and early child development. She also has a great deal of lactation knowledge I am a first time mom, and I was very insecure when it came to my ability to care for my son. She taught me a lot during her time with us and empowered me to be a better mother. I would even text her on days when she wasn't working for us asking for advice regarding my son, and she would quickly and happily respond with insights. I can't recommend her enough...especially in those early months when things are so challenging. Most  importantly, I know she is passionate about childcare and truly cares for children as if they are her own, which is the best you can ask for in a caretaker.

Noel is fantastic and a wealth of knowledge for new parents like us.  She is really more than just a nanny.  We are so happy to have found her and our daughter loves her.  Couldn't recommend more.

She is very flexible and super helpful.  I am used to hiring 19 year old girls who are great with my son but don't know how to deal with my challenging 9 month old.  I always come home to the baby screaming. But not with this caregiver! the baby was happy and had tried tons of new foods that had been cooked for her, she got her to sleep fairly easily and folded laundry and washed dishes. I haven't had that much help in a long long time.  I then recommended her to my neighbor and they used her too.
