With over five years of hands-on experience in childcare and frail care, I bring a strong foundation in direct support and compassionate caregiving as a certified nurse assistant. I graduated from Montgomery College with an Associate Degree in Behavioral Health, which deepened my understanding of developmental psychology, emotional regulation, and person-centered care. During my practicals, I supported youth in clinical settings by facilitating therapeutic group activities, modeling social-emotional skills, and assisting with individualized care plans.
