Wanted to talk to her about caring for our autistic daughter. She was great at texting but only said she could talk on a Sunday at 3pm which was several days later. As a very busy professional this was not ideal but I rearranged my schedule to accommodate only to have her cancel 40 minutes before we were set to talk. If this was a $10/hour job my expectations wouldn't have been high but we were offering $30/hour and needed someone reliable and prompt--which she was neither.
