Noah applied to my job posting. He was extremely prompt with his responses and seemed polite in our exchange. I scheduled a virtual meet and greet with him, even sent a message through care.com to verify if he received the invite. He did not respond and of course he was no-show. Very disappointing as I could have scheduled another potential sitter.
