I understand the importance of clear communication, providing verbal, written, and text updates to keep families informed. Building a genuine connection with care recipients means understanding their preferences and history. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and assistance with mobility, meal preparation, and errands. I also offer support with dementia, hospice, and medical management. I have some college education, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car.
